Live Wire: Fort Bragg has no plans to transfer land to city
Q: I read where Fort Bragg may transfer 100 acres to Fayetteville for recreational purposes. It occurred to me that the fort has given up a lot of acreage that was used for training to the interstate as well. Could you tell me how many acres have been lost to the interstate bypass and can you tell me if the state replaced those acres elsewhere?
