13-year-old Fayetteville girl missing since Monday
The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to assist in the location of a 13-year-old Fayetteville girl last seen Monday at her residence in the 1600 block of Shaw Road.Kasandra Monroe was last seen wearing a dark blue pullover hoodie, tan fleece pajama pants and orange Nike slide sandals, a news release said.
