Moore County cleaning up after storms
CARTHAGE — Residents of Moore County are cleaning up tree limbs and other debris after strong storms passed through the area Monday.The storms, which produced strong winds, brought down trees and power lines and damaged homes.The storm left 5,000 businesses and residents without power for much of the day Monday, according to Jason Graham, Whispering Pines police chief.
