Teen held in shooting death of Rowland man
LUMBERTON — A teenager is charged in the shooting death of a Rowland man Tuesday night, according to the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office.The shooting was reported just after 11 p.m. Tuesday in the 11000 block of N.C. 130 West in Maxton, according to a news release.Jimmy Scott Locklear Jr., 30, of Rowland was being taken by private vehicle to Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg when he died, according to the release.A 16-year-old was arrested […]
