Fayetteville police arrest man in parking lot shooting death
Fayetteville police have made an arrest in the shooting death of Raymond Napper II, 21, of the 2000 block of Foster Gwin Lane, according to a news release.Damarcus Jerome Ray, 20, of the 1600 block of Hazelhurst Drive, was charged with second-degree murder.The shooting death was reported July 16 in the parking lot in the 700 block of South Reilly Road.
