Fayetteville boy's death ruled a homicide by state medical examiner
The death of a 7-year-old Fayetteville boy in October has been ruled a homicide, according to an autopsy report by the North Carolina State Medical Examiner’s Office.The report says the cause of Eathan Henderson Bates’ death was multiple blunt-force injuries.
