Raeford man dies following shooting at gas station
RAEFORD — A Raeford man was shot and killed Thursday while at the Marathon Lucky Stop gas station in Raeford, according to the Hoke County Sheriff’s Office.Deputies responded to reports of a shooting along the 2100 block of U.S. 401 Business just before 3:30 p.m. They arrived and found Lares Santwan Blue, 31, of the 300 block of Ratley Street, unresponsive in the parking lot of the gas station, according to a news release from the Sheriff’s Office.
