Three women found dead in submerged vehicle in Maxton
MAXTON —Three women found dead in a submerged vehicle Tuesday near Maxton have been identified.The North Carolina State Highway Patrol has identified the victims as Tiffany Goines, 26, of Pembroke, Anastacia Locklear, 24, of Pembroke and Daniele Locklear, 30, of Maxton.Sgt.
