Lumberton police search for Fairmont man wanted in jewelry theft
LUMBERTON- Authorities are looking for a man wanted in connection of theft at a local jewelry store, according to a news release from the Lumberton Police Department.Police responded to McNeil Jewelry along the 2800 block of North Elm Street in Lumberton on Saturday, just after 8 p.m. Police received reports that a customer had stolen jewelry, the release said.After reviewing surveillance video, the suspect has been identified as Michael Dewitt Oxendine, 35, of Fairmont.
