CHARLOTTE — A North Carolina man is suing a police officer who is shown in body-cam video putting his gun to the man’s head and threatening to kill him.The Charlotte Observer reports the lawsuit filed in federal court this week says former Charlotte-Mecklenburg police officer Jon Dunham assaulted James Yarborough in 2016 while violating his constitutional protections against search and seizure.
