49-year-old Raleigh man charged in 2009 rape in Fayetteville
A 49-year-old Raleigh man has been charged in connection with a rape in Fayetteville in January 2009.Detectives with the Fayetteville Police Department’s Cold Case Sexual Assault Unit arrested Shawn Joseph Barnes.
