Bojangle’s has introduced a new pimento cheese biscuit.Of course, not everyone likes pimento cheese, and not every pimento cheese is really all that good.But this marketing ploy from the Charlotte-based chicken and biscuits chain reminds me of the first grilled pimento cheese sandwich I ever had.
