Live Wire: Is offer of free money real or a scam?
Q: I want to know if the offer from Edward Mark with the Bush Foundation, which is offering free money to do whatever you want, from $50,000 to $150,000, is for real. They say the money is free, but you have to first wire them a payment; for instance if you want $150,000 you have to send them $2,500.
