Family, supporters join Colvin as he files to run for another term
Surrounded by family, friends and supporters, Mayor Mitch Colvin filed to run for another two-year term on Friday.More than 30 supporters joined Colvin at the Cumberland Board of Elections office when he went in to file at noon.Colvin is the first person to file to run for the mayor’s seat.
