Maxton man accused of embezzling more than $15,000
A Maxton man was arrested Tuesday after allegedly embezzling more than $15,000 from Diamond Constructors Inc. in Fayetteville.Chad Everette-Olle Locklear, 41, of the 100 block of Rose Road, is charged with four counts of embezzlement, according to arrest warrants in the Cumberland County Magistrate’s Office.Between Sept. 1 and Sept. 30, Locklear took $568.22, warrants said.
