911 service restored to Verizon customers
Verizon Wireless customers are now able to contact 911, according to a news release from the North Carolina Department of Information Technology.CenturyLink has replaced a fiber that was cut and resulted in the outage, the release said.The issue was affecting Verizon customers in Fayetteville and across the state.
