Commissioners vote 4-3 for dam repair project
Cumberland County commissioners narrowly approved a request Monday by residents of a neighborhood in the southern part of the county to repair a dam through a watershed improvement project.A “special assessment” on properties in the Mount Vernon Estates area will pay for the project.
