The Habit Burger Grill, one of the fastest-growing fast food chains in the United States, looks to be among three new businesses expected to open in a Target building outparcel off Skibo Road by the middle of the year.The $1.4 million commercial construction project on the three-tenant, 9,000-square-foot building already is underway.
