Fayetteville residents rally in Raleigh for social causes
A caravan of about 40 people from Fayetteville traveled to Raleigh on Saturday morning to participate in a rally sponsored by the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People that was focused on different social causes.There were about 40 people from Fayetteville who rode up to Raleigh to participate in the event, said Jimmy Buxton, president of the Fayetteville branch of the NAACP.The caravan included 25 people on a bus and the rest in cars.They attended the […]
