Syrian rebels start to withdraw heavy weapons from Idlib buffer zone: sources
Two Turkey-backed Syrian rebel officials told Reuters that rebel groups had begun to withdraw heavy weaponry from a demilitarized zone in northwest Syria on Saturday morning.
