Five displaced in Savoy Heights house fire
Five people were displaced Monday when fire heavily damaged their home in the Savoy Heights neighborhood off Robeson Street, according to the Fayetteville Fire/Emergency Management Department.The fire at 919 Rochester Drive was reported at 5:15 p.m.The front and a side of the one-story home were engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived, and additional firefighters and equipment were called to the scene, a Fire Department news release said.At least 50 percent of the […]
