A Fayetteville teen is accused of firing a gun inside Cross Creek Mall in June, according to an arrest warrant at the Cumberland County Magistrate’s Office.Kilante Dasean Townsend, 16, of the 400 block of Squirrel Street, was charged Thursday with discharging a firearm within an enclosure to incite fear.The incident happened June 13, the warrant said, “causing an employee to run in fear of her life.”Townsend has pending robbery charges, an arrest document said.
