UK should extend Brexit withdrawal period if needed: Scottish minister
Britain should extend the time period for negotiating its exit the European Union to avoid the crippling cost of a “no-deal” Brexit, Scotland’s constitutional relations minister, Michael Russell, said on Thursday.
