No curfew in Fayetteville; Hope Mills and Cumberland say 'stay off the streets'
Fayetteville has not enacted a curfew for Hurricane Florence, the city said on Tuesday, contradicting prior reports that a curfew was supposed to commence Wednesday night at sunset.But Cumberland County and Hope Mills will have curfews to encourage people to stay in as the massive storm comes into North Carolina.
