6 displaced in fire on Murchison Road
Six people were displaced after a Thursday morning house fire on Austin Drive.Firefighters were dispatched to 1073 Austin Drive at 2:30 a.m. The first units to respond found a single-family home with heavy fire and called for assistance, the Fayetteville Fire Department said in a news release.Power to the home was cut by the power company at the pole when the fire reached the lines, the release said.
