SPRING LAKE — Two Spring Lake men, one wanted for attempted murder, are accused of fatally shooting a man in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.Terrence Isacc Blackwell, 24, and Earl Rafael Gaddis Jr., 18, are charged with murder in the death Thursday of Sylvester Bellamy Jr., who was found Thursday in public restroom on the Grand Strand with a gunshot wound, according to media outlets.
