Head-on crash on N.C. 87 injures drivers
A driver traveling south on N.C. 87 today crossed the center line into the northbound lane and collided head-on with another vehicle, the Highway Patrol said.The wreck happened about 1 p.m. at Sand Hill Road, according to Trooper W.C. Townsend, who was assisting at the crash scene.Neither driver had been identified late this afternoon.
