Signs, buildings, fences spray-painted; police seek suspect
Fayetteville police are asking for help in identifying a man who has vandalized signs, buildings and fences in the area of Cape Fear Valley Medical Center since Sunday.”We have had at least six reports over the past two days,” said Sgt.
