Police try to restrain suicidal person on Owen Drive
Fayetteville traffic was blocked for nearly an hour this afternoon on Owen Drive in front of Cape Fear Valley Medical Center while police attempted to restrain a suicidal subject.The person had recently been released from the hospital, said Sgt.
