Raeford man charged in April 4 shooting
RAEFORD – A Raeford man is accused of shooting another man in the leg last week, police said.Don Marshall Small, 45, of the 700 block of Forrest Street, is charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, possession of firearm by a felon and discharging a firearm in the city limits.The shooting happened about 3:50 a.m. April 4 at Small’s home, said Maj.
