Judge denies bail for suspect in 2002 cold case murder
A man accused in a cold case murder was denied bail Thursday morning in part because of his past conviction of intentionally giving someone HIV in 2009.A Cumberland County grand jury indicted Isaac Micah McDonald, 42, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, on the charge of first-degree murder on Feb. 12.He is accused of killing Janet Lorraine Norris, 39, in 2002.
