Man accused of killing Mariah Woods pleads not guilty
Adolphus Earl Kimrey, accused of killing 3-year-old Mariah Woods, pleaded not guilty in court Monday afternoon.Kimrey was in court for a Rule 24 hearing, which is held no more than 10 days after a grand jury indicts someone for first degree murder.
