Cumberland County commissioners decided Monday to give Fayetteville officials another chance to work together on an emergency dispatch operations facility.Commissioners voted 6-1 to set a deadline of noon Thursday for the city to respond to a proposal that would co-locate their two 911 dispatch operations with the intention to consolidate in the future.Commissioner Charles Evans voted against the proposal.
