Erosion threatens 121 infant graves at Fayetteville cemetery
The city of Fayetteville is overseeing a project to relocate 121 graves of infants in Cross Creek Cemetery because of erosion from recent hurricanes.The graves are near an embankment of Cross Creek that was damaged by severe flooding during Hurricane Matthew in 2016.
