GREENSBORO — Alyson Brooke Saunders, 23, is facing charges that include multiple counts of indecent liberties with a minor and first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said Friday in a news release.Court documents say Saunders “engaged in sexual activity with children” who were 2 to 3 years old, WFMY reports.
