Mexico president Lopez Obrador signs vow he will not seek second term
Mexico’s President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador on Tuesday put in writing a promise to never seek a second term, after critics expressed worry that a new law allowing a mid-term recall referendum could be a step toward a re-election bid.
