Report says 'leaky pipeline' of students in education system is costing NC skilled workers
RALEIGH — North Carolina needs to get more students graduating from high school and college to have enough highly skilled workers to meet the demand in the state, according to a new report released Thursday.The new report from UNC-Chapel Hill’s Carolina Demography and the John M.
