Watch: Traffic backed up on NC 87
An overturned oil tanker on N.C. 87 about a mile north of the little river has traffic backed up coming out of Spring Lake before the river and about a quarter mile northbound. The truck and a Chevy Trailblazer that also was involved are on the northbound side.
