Brexit withdrawal agreement cannot be reopened: Barnier
The European Union will not reopen its Brexit Withdrawal Agreement, including the controversial Irish backstop, chief EU negotiator Michel Barnier said on Monday, but alternatives to the backstop could be worked on after Britain leaves.
