Fayetteville man allegedly threatened women, peeped in bathroom
A homeless man is in custody after allegedly threatening to kill two women this weekend.Brooklyn Smith III, 25, was charged Saturday with secretly peeping into room occupied by a female, communicating threats and assault on a female.Smith’s bail was set at $6,500.Fayetteville police reports with Smith’s warrant say he entered a restroom, turned off the lights and crawled under a bathroom stall with a female victim at a grocery store on Cliffdale Road.
