Fayetteville man charged with indecent liberties
A Fayetteville man is accused of inappropriately touching a minor, according to an arrest warrant in the Cumberland County Magistrate’s Office.Jonathan Ricardo Smith, 34, of the 1800 block of Tryon Drive, was charged Tuesday with taking indecent liberties with a minor.The alleged incident happened Oct. 24.Bail was set at $15,000.Nancy McCleary
