Raeford driver killed after traffic accident
RAEFORD — A Raeford man was killed Saturday morning after leaving his vehicle following a crash.WRAL reported that Richard Daryl Byrd, 55, left his vehicle after being involved in a crash on N.C. 211. While outside his vehicle, Byrd was struck and killed by another car.Authorities did not say what caused the initial crash or if charges will be filed.
