Chinese graft fugitive returns from New Zealand to surrender
A former Chinese automotive official suspected of corruption has returned home from New Zealand to ‘surrender’ to the authorities, the official Xinhua news agency said on Friday, as Beijing steps up efforts to repatriate fugitives.
