Man faces cattle theft, drug charges in Robeson County
LUMBERTON — A man was arrested on charges of cattle theft in the Shannon area of Robeson County, the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office said Wednesday.Kevin Carl Hagans Jr. was arrested Tuesday, the Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.During an investigation, it was determined that Hagans and his associates sold more than 25 cattle in Smithfield, the release said.Hagans is charged with felony conspiracy and larceny of cattle, felony possession of cocaine and possession […]
