Harnett County shooting victim, alleged killer both were facing unrelated murder charges
LILLINGTON — A Harnett County teen who was fatally shot over the weekend and the teen accused of killing him were both out on bail at the time, on unrelated murder charges, according to law officers.Emmanuwell Leigh Nelson, 17, of Lillington, was shot about 6 p.m. Sunday outside the home of Earl Rafel Gaddis, 19, of the 100 block of Hillandale Drive in Spring Lake, said Maj.
