North Carolina lineman killed in hit-and-run while repairing lines damaged by Michael
WAUSAU — Two linemen are dead and another in is critical condition after a hit-and-run Wednesday evening. According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Department, at 6:42 p.m., three linemen were hit by a 1997 Ford F-150 towing a Uhaul trailer on State Road 77 near Talton Drive as they were working to restore power lost as a result of Hurricane Michael damage.
