Fayetteville man charged with sexual assault
A Fayetteville man is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in May.Robert Louis Johnson Jr., 27, of the 6800 block of Woodmark Drive, was charged Sunday with second-degree rape, second-degree sex offense and kidnapping, a Fayetteville police arrest report said.The assault occurred May 31, said Sgt. Shawn Strepay, a police spokesman, and was reported June 2.No other information was given.Bail was set at $100,000.
