RALEIGH — A North Carolina man has been indicted on an involuntary manslaughter charge in a wreck earlier this year that killed a passenger.News outlets reported a Wake County grand jury this week indicted 21-year-old Samuel James Beadle of Louisburg in the April 22 death of 20-year-old Zachery Marten Riggle of Franklinton.Police say Beadle was driving 80 mph (130 kph) in a 35 mph (55 kph) zone when the wreck happened.
