Lumberton man's death ruled homicide
LUMBERTON — The death earlier this month of an 85-year-old man has officially turned into a murder investigation, Lumberton police said today.Rufus Revels, 85, was found dead at his home on the 3100 block of Bakersfield Drive on July 7.The Lumberton Police Department initially investigated the death as suspicious.
