Citizens Academy: The next Fayetteville Citizens Academy is scheduled for July 26 in the City Hall Cape Fear Conference Room, 433 Hay St. Class begins at 9 a.m. and will feature the Development Services and Parks & Recreation departments. The session will end by 4 p.m. Applicants must be city residents; space is limited to 25 people.
